Ross founded the Christies Group in 2005. He has a reputation for hard work and clear business ethics. He has forged a background in property and developed extensive market knowledge. Ross has driven Christies to become one of the most progressive groups of estate agencies on the south coast.

Ross says “to achieve what we have over the last six years is a credit to the Directors and staff that work closely with me. They share my visions and goals, and are the driving force behind the company”

Ross is an extremely ambitious individual, and sees that the most important aspect of running a successful business is the quality of its staff, as these are the key people who interact and provide quality service to our clients.

Carol joined Christies in 2007. Her expertise in the Lettings Industry is renowned throughout the city and spans over 20 years. Carol is seen as an integral part of the Group and is key in driving forward our high quality Lettings Department. When Carol joined Christies, having only a small Lettings Department at the time when she joined, Carol has grown this side of the business at a phenomenal rate, which now sees Christies Lettings as one of the largest in the Portsmouth area .

Carol has been key in developing our ties with Portsmouth University which has opened doors to the Student Lettings Market.

Carol has continued to be involved with the growth of the lettings business over recent years.

Carol was rewarded for her outstanding efforts, becoming a Director in 2008.
