The search begins

With a clear understanding of your requirements we will compile a selection of all properties that match your criteria. Often viewings can be arranged immediately, we will show you as many properties that match your criteria as possible. At your request, SMS Property Alert enables the latest property information to be instantly transmitted directly to your mobile phone whilst simultaneously a full colour brochure will be sent direct to you by email.

Viewings

Viewings can be arranged by appointment between 9am - 6pm Monday to Friday and 9am - 4pm on Saturdays.

Finding a property

Once you've found your ideal property and supplied us with details of referees, references will be applied for and your information will be forwarded to the landlord for acceptance, we will confirm this in writing to you.

Housing Benefit

Should you be claiming housing benefit then we can help, we have hundreds of properties each year that accept housing benefit, please contact one of our team to work your requirements.

Tenancy agreement

Once the landlord confirms to us that they would like to proceed we will draw up the relevant paperwork and contract, forming an agreement to be signed by both parties.

Inventory

An inventory of the contents and condition of the property is usually produced prior to commencement of the tenancy subject to the landlords request. This will be supplied to both landlord and tenant.

Rent and deposit

An advance rental payment is required prior to the start of the tenancy. A rental deposit is also required from the tenant usually the same as the first months rent. This will be reimbursed to you at the end of the tenancy, subject to the details of your agreement and the findings of the inventory check-out report, details of this will be supplied to you.

Completion

Congratulations, keys are now handed over and you are free to move in to your new home!
