Carol is absolutely amazing, my daughter was locked out of her accommodation Carole met her and gave her a spare key she even gave her a lift to the house and made sure she was safe. Can’t tell you how much this was appreciated as we live 3 hours away and it was a very worrying time. She went above and beyond. Carol you are a superstar 🤩
